    These cheeses are closely linked to the history of many dairy plants located throughout our territory, each of which has developed some typical cheeses of that place, keeping the tradition and know-how of generations of cheese-maker. A series of uniquely traditional products that are very important for gastronomy and not just that of Veneto.
